How do you confirm your account?

Log in to MyFairMarkets, your protected client area.

On the top-right corner, choose Verify your account.

Securely upload authorized copies of your legal papers.

Confirmation of your verification will be sent to you.
We'll go through your files and validate your account. Once the procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If uploading papers fails, please send them to accounts@fair.markets.
In all, we require two documents: one to confirm your identification and the other to prove your permanent address.
Identity Verification:
One of the following documents can be used as proof of identity:
- Valid passport,
- National identity card with picture,
- Driving licence Proof of Address:
Proof of Adress:
One of the following items can be used as a legitimate proof of address:
- Utility bills,
- Tax bills,
- Bank statements with names and addresses
Documents must be no more than three months old and must include your permanent address. Please note that statements from credit cards or mobile phones are not acceptable.
