What exactly is CFD trading?
It is an abbreviation for 'Contract for Difference.' The 'contract' in this case is between you, the investor, and the broker (us). The term "difference" refers to the fluctuating price of a trading tool. You may speculate on the price movement of any market without holding any assets. You make profit if the price of the instrument (for example, an FX pair) moves as predicted. Otherwise, you're out.
What is Forex trading, exactly?
The currency trading market is known as Forex. Trading CFDs for a currency pair such as the Euro and the US Dollar, or EURUSD for short, is known as forex trading. The prices are expressed as a conversion from one currency to another. Traders put money into the market and open a position, betting on how the price will fluctuate over time. You win if the EURUSD price moves in the direction you predicted. Similarly, if your guess is incorrect, you may lose your money. Please see our Product Disclosure Statement for more information.
